being let un-furnished except for a modern calor gas cooker and solar heating for hot water.
Access to the telephone system is also available.
The cottage has large basements, also a garage. Previous occupants who have sold in the U.K.,
have found it more cost effective to rent this property and store their belongings, whilst
restoration or building work takes place in Portugal. A recent tenant found no problem with the
contents of a 20 meter container in the basements.
